Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
• Advocate for resident needs and communicate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through company-provided CEUs and unlimited online CEUs for full-time employees.

Requirements

• Associate’s of applied science degree in a relevant field.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Qualifications

Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
