About the role
Lacey Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Lacey, WA. Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. The city of Lacey is technically a suburb of Olympia, but its relative proximity to JBLM and beautiful surroundings makes it an attractive choice for military members and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a dynamic healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA
- Licensed in state of practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA; license in good standing
- Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
