Physical Therapy Assistant

About the Role

EverEx is a leading innovator in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring software, helping clinicians deliver high-quality rehabilitative care beyond the clinic. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will manage a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring patient caseload while collaborating closely with treating therapists, clinicians, and our U.S. business team. You will also provide valuable feedback on patient experiences, clinical workflows, and product functionality to help shape how EverEx supports care beyond the clinic.

Candidates must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active patient caseload and provide Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, primarily for patients located in Illinois.
• Communicate with treating therapists regarding patient progress, engagement, and clinical concerns.
• Support patients with their prescribed care plans and encourage participation between clinic visits.
• Gather patient, clinician, and product feedback to share with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with EverEx clinicians and business team members to support effective patient care and improve RTM workflows.
• Take initiative and identify opportunities to strengthen the overall patient and provider experience.

Requirements

• An active Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• The ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to independently manage a remote patient caseload.
• An interest in digital health, healthcare technology, and innovative care delivery models.
• RTM experience or exposure to remote care workflows is preferred but not required.

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
