About the Role

Provide per diem rehabilitative care for older adults in a long-term care setting, promoting best practices in aging services while supporting a culture of dignity, safety, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under licensed physical therapists' supervision
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and balance training
• Document progress in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Educate residents and families about care and therapies
