Physical Therapy Assistant

About the role

At Community Health at Home, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The PTA will assist patients in regaining their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. They will work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in their homes to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient-centered care to ensure the achievement of established goals.

Requirements

• Absolutely required: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active registered PTA license in the state where you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License and automobile insurance.

Pay

The posted compensation range is $28.67 - $42.64 /hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
