Compensation ranges from $30/hr to $45/hr, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule. This position is located at CareOne at Randolph in Randolph, MA, serving settings including Short Term Rehab, Assisted Living, LTACH, and Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

  • Provides rehabilitation care within all generally accepted practice methods, meeting center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
  • Implements treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.
  • Provides feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
  • Participates in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices.
  • Participates in all center-directed processes and services.
  • Shows effective management of treatment and non-treatment related activities.
  • Performs necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.
  • Maintains complete, accurate, and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.
  • Participates in in-service training programs as requested.
  • May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
  • Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations.
  • Preferred: experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
  • Preferred: knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
