Responsibilities
- Aid in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Support residents during their exercises and therapeutic activities
- Encourage and educate patients on self-care techniques
- Track and celebrate patients' progress
- Help maintain and set up equipment for smooth operations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements
- A degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience is preferred, but a positive attitude is essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Team player willing to collaborate and support others
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing patient documentation
