Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Active / pending Utah State Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Pay

• Competitive Physical Therapist Hourly Rate: $28.00 – $31.00
