AVIR Health Group is looking for a qualified Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Avir at Golfcrest in Houston! We are searching for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Qualifications

• Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of an associate’s degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
• Current license/registration by state of hire as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Pay

Hourly rates starting at $34/hr and increase based on years of experience
