Responsibilities
- Providing quality care and treating children of all ages with developmental, sensory, orthopedic, injury and/or different physical needs
- Creating unique, individualized treatment plans outlined by Physical Therapist
- Coinciding patient's care with other healthcare professionals
- Clearly communicating treatment goals, expectations, and the importance of home programs to parents
Requirements
- Must hold a current California Physical Therapy Assistant License in good standing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field
- Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques
