Responsibilities

  • Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
  • Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice.
  • Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
  • Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
  • Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
  • Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
  • Travels to local clinics as needed.

Requirements

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
  • Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.
  • Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation.
