About the role
Marathon Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and friendly Physical Therapy Aide/Tech to join their upbeat outpatient clinic specializing in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Provide a positive and encouraging environment for patients
- Learn to properly position and transfer patients
- Observe patient progress and report any concerns to the therapist
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Perform clerical tasks as needed, such as stocking supplies
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Aide/Tech is a plus
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach
