We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Aide who will also assist with front office duties. Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms for service delivery
• Maintain a positive patient experience by ensuring every patient is attended to and comfortable during treatment
• Observe and safeguard patients while they perform prescribed physical exercises
• Document patient responses to treatment and update patient files
• Apply ice packs or heat pads as instructed
• Support the front desk with scheduling, patient check-ins, payment collections, and coverage

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people
• Reliable and professional with a commitment to placing patient care as the top priority
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to work 40 hours per week
