About the role

SportsMed Physical Therapy is one of the fastest growing multidisciplinary practices in New Jersey, offering Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Hand Therapy, and Acupuncture. We treat a diverse variety of patients including sports-related injuries, post-surgical cases, elderly patients, desk workers, and more. We are seeking driven, motivated, and positive individuals to join our growing team. All facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment focused on outpatient sports medicine and orthopedic diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to the prescribed therapy area
• Inform the provider when patients arrive
• Receive the day’s schedule upon arriving to the Therapy Center
• Alert the provider of any schedule changes
• Prepare and set up all equipment in the treatment areas
• Ensure patients are supervised properly while completing treatment
• Confirm with the provider that all treatment is completed
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with all coworkers in the Physical Therapy Treatment Areas
• Prepare hot packs, ice packs, and e-stimulation machines
• Complete laundry throughout the day
• Maintain a safe and clean working and treatment area
• Prepare and set up equipment for patients prior to their use

Pay

$16.00 – $16.50 per hour
