Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms for delivery of services
• Upholding the patient experience by ensuring every patient is attended to and comfortable during their treatment
• Observing and safeguarding patients performing prescribed physical exercises
• Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files
• Applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed
• Supporting the Front Desk with coverage, scheduling, patient check-ins, and payment collections

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people
• Reliable and professional, prioritizing patient care above all else
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule to work 40 hours per week
