About the role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Brand: Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy. Location: 24050 Aliso Creek Rd Ste 1C, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy.
• Provide customer service with a smile.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks during downtime, including answering phones, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, processing counter payments, filing, and faxing.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment, including daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, and stocking supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.

Pay

$16.90 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time; clinic is open Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 6 pm.
