At ProActive Physical Therapy Centers, we’re looking for an exceptional Outpatient Physical Therapist who wants more than just another PT position. There are two locations available: Webster/Clear Lake or Pasadena.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families to support recovery
• Help patients understand how to take an active role in their recovery

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current orthopedic rehabilitation practices
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
