Requirements

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Driver’s license + reliable transportation

Qualifications

• PT: $80 per visit or $100,000-$120,000+ annually (based on caseload)
• PTA: $55-$60 per visit
