About Us
We're a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu, dedicated to fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors stay safe and independent at home. We're currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay
- PT: $80 per visit
- PTA: $55–$60 per visit
Schedule
Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients
Location
O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
