BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for weekend home health visits in Pima County. • Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
• Document care using the intuitive EMR system

Qualifications

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
