Physical Therapist - VNA

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

• Experience: Minimum of two years preferred.
• Education and Training: Graduate of an accredited Baccalaureate, Master’s or Doctorate degree program in physical therapy.
• Licenses, Certifications & Registrations: MAPT - Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. Current and valid driver’s license.
• Other Requirements: Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to: splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment Modalities.
