Physical Therapist (Up to $5K Bonus + Student Loan Repay)

About the role

Provide one-on-one geriatric care in private residences and senior living communities. The role offers flexibility through options for in-home, community-based, and telehealth/virtual care, with the autonomy to create and manage your treatment schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Document care accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Physical demands

• Lifting and repositioning patients
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Driving to patient locations
