Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy
• Support patient mobility, independence, and wellness
• Document care using EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff
• Incorporate telehealth and virtual care for flexibility and extended access

Requirements

• Valid PT license
• Accredited physical therapy program degree
• Computer proficiency
• CPR certification
