About the role

Responsibilities
- Provides formal and informal evaluation of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseload.
- Reviews results with clients and their families as well as classroom staff when indicated.
- Develops and implements individual treatment plans and ongoing treatment programs addressing specific goals with measurable outcomes.
- Schedules clients to meet requirements of education plan.
- Maintains written documentation of all evaluations, Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals, PT treatment plans, progress notes and communication with doctors and families in a professional, compliant, and timely manner.
- Participates actively, cooperatively, and constructively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provides instruction and guidance to ensure that the clients’ IEP goals are integrated into a comprehensive educational program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensure as a registered physical therapist by the Massachusetts Department of Health.
- A minimum of one (1) year related experience; familiarity with a pediatric population preferred.
- Valid CPR and First Aid training.

Pay
Salary range: $66,227 - $85,218 annually
Schedule
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
