About the Role

In cooperation with the referral source, provides outpatient physical therapy services at our Englewood location on a part-time, days schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation to determine the extent of symptoms and/or functional limitations relevant to the diagnosis.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans targeted to decrease or eliminate symptoms and functional limitations.
• Utilize physical therapy modalities including thermotherapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise, postural training/biomechanics, gait training, soft tissue mobilization, and independent living skills training.
• Objectively document progress in eliminating symptoms and restoring function.
• Serve a diverse patient population, including infant, child, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants to ensure patient goals and objectives are met.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of Ohio.
