Travel Physical Therapist position in Scarborough, ME, providing skilled therapy evaluation and treatment planning for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and pain management as prescribed, while monitoring patient progress and documenting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skilled therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities
• Provide pain management as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Eligibility for physical therapy licensure in Maine
• Experience or comfort working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license (PT-ME)
• SSN and date of birth required
• One reference from entire work history
• Preferred: 1 year of experience
