About the role
You will help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve independence through personalized therapy plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Implement individualized treatment programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical-therapy program
- Active North Carolina PT license
- Experience in skilled-nursing or rehabilitation settings (recommended)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior SNF experience
- Active license in discipline
- Start date of 10/12/2026
