Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Skilled (PT-HI).
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab and/or Physical Therapist, Outpatient.
• Valid Social Security Number.
• Current Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$2014.00 - $2075.00 per week
