Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Pendleton, OR is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to complete a 10-week travel assignment. Candidates must support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in a SNF setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in a skilled setting.
• Active PT license (Compact accepted).
• One professional reference covering entire work history.

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living experience.
• Active Oregon PT license.
• CPR certification.
