• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT-CA
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• Preferred: Skilled Nursing Experience, Active CA License, COVID Vaccination/Booster or Approved AMN Declination, Travel Experience
