Responsibilities

• Maintain 90% productivity.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license in California (PT-CA).
• BLS certification (copy needed).
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• Work history with no more than a 30-day gap in employment.
• One professional reference covering entire work history.

Pay

$2,314.00 – $2,385.00 per week.

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
