Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life
- Work collaboratively with a rehab team in a patient-focused environment
Requirements
- Valid California Physical Therapist license (PT-CA)
- At least one reference from entire work history
- SNF, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
