Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing - Home Health
Job Summary
Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
Qualifications
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Valid driver's license when applicable.
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.

Flexible position with additional opportunities to help cover Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities or Home Health in the Grand Island, Hastings and Albion areas.

Full time, 30.00 weekly hours.
Pay
$37.50 - $62.00 per hour.
