About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Carmichael, CA.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Implement interventions across various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active California PT license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Schedule
On-site, day shift, up to 40 hours per week.
Pay
Competitive weekly pay.
