Physical Therapist (skilled facility)

About the role

A Physical Therapist is needed to provide physical therapy services to patients at Cottages and Senior Suites in Tulsa.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
• Create and implement treatment plans to help patients reach their maximum potential or successfully transition to the next level of care.
• Collaborate with other therapists and nursing staff to ensure cohesive quality of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on how to succeed at home after discharge from the facility.
• Provide quality documentation as required.

Requirements

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
