Physical Therapist – Sign-On Bonus & Loan Repayment

About the role

Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedics, responsible for providing personalized patient care, developing treatment plans, and utilizing manual therapy, exercises, and equipment to improve mobility and manage pain.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical histories and conduct assessments
• Deliver 1:1 patient care sessions of 45 minutes to an hour, with a minimum of 3.5 units per visit
• Diagnose movement issues through observations and patient input
• Create individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes
• Record progress and adjust treatment as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Kansas Physical Therapist Licensure or ability to obtain
• CPR and first aid certification
