Physical Therapist – Sign-On Bonus & Loan Repayment

About the Role

Provide individualized patient care, diagnose movement issues, develop treatment plans, and utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical histories and conduct thorough assessments
• Deliver 1:1 patient care sessions lasting 45 minutes to an hour, with a minimum of 3.5 units per visit
• Diagnose movement disorders through observation and patient concerns
• Develop and modify personalized treatment plans with clear goals
• Record progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements

• Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• CPR and first aid certification
