Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for a DPT to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities

- Develop and drive treatment plans and progressive rehab programs.
- Treat musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan, including pediatrics (from about age 5) through adults.
- Work independently or in small teams, clinically confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working in various settings.
- Perform conservative, non-invasive care model with a focus on rapid symptom resolution.
- Treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic-style setting with providers including Doctors of Chiropractic and Physical Therapists performing similar roles.
- Provide 60-minute, 1:1 care sessions that include assessment/hands-on care and exercise instruction using a progressive rehab model.
- Work in a clinic with a strong sports medicine focus, treating conditions such as neck, back, shoulder, hip, elbow, knee, and foot musculoskeletal issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas PT license required prior to start.
- Minimum 1 year of licensed experience required (new graduates must have been licensed for at least 1 year).
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
- Ability to independently develop and drive treatment plans and progressive rehab programs.
- Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan, including pediatrics (from about age 5) through adults.
- No Medicare patient population in this role.
- Clinically confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in small teams.
- Open to relocation candidates. Candidates with home health or inpatient backgrounds will be considered.
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.

Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength.
- A genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred).
