About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
  • Manage a consistent caseload of 10+ patients per day.
  • Provide 30-minute treatment sessions, 45-minute evaluations, and adjust appointment lengths for postoperative or complex cases.
  • Offer clinical autonomy to adjust scheduling for postoperative and complex cases and occasional double-booking when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Florida PT license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience or comfort working in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Ability to manage a consistent caseload.
  • Willingness to provide 30- to 45-minute treatment sessions, adjust appointment lengths for postoperative or complex cases, and occasionally double-book appointments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • An Active Florida PT license is required to start the position.

Pay

Competitive salary range dependent on experience.

$10,000 sign-on bonus available!

Monthly productivity bonuses based on tiered patient volume, plus additional per-patient pay for extra shifts.

Schedule

Consistent schedule target: 10+ patients per day.

Clinical autonomy to adjust scheduling for postoperative and complex cases and occasional double-booking when appropriate.
