Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care in a 60-minute outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Independently develop and drive treatment plans and progressive rehab programs.
- Treat musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan, including pediatrics (from about age 5) through adults (no Medicare population).
- Split treatment into assessment/hands-on care and exercise instruction using a progressive rehab model.
- Work in a conservative, non-invasive care model with a focus on rapid symptom resolution (averaging 3–4 visits per patient).
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas PT license required prior to start.
- Minimum 1 year of licensed experience (new graduates must have been licensed for at least 1 year).
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
- Clinically confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in small teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength.
- Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred).
- Open to relocation candidates; home health or inpatient backgrounds will be considered.
