Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida PT license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or comfort working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload; a typical target is 10+ patients per day.
- Willingness to provide 30‑minute treatment sessions, 45‑minute evaluations, and to adjust appointment lengths for postoperative or complex cases.
Caseload Details
- Consistent schedule target: 10+ patients per day.
- Clinical autonomy to adjust scheduling for postoperative and complex cases and occasional double‑booking when appropriate.

Compensation and Incentives
