Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

Minimum Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active Arizona PT license required to start the position
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Comfort working in a PT-owned clinic model with PT/PTA support and PT Tech assistance
