About the role
This position is primarily staffed in one of our senior living community partners in the Birmingham, AL area.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting
- Drive rewarding patient outcomes
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
- Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule
- Be part of an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
