Physical Therapist - Sign On Bonus

About the role

Plan, organize, develop, and implement Physical Therapy services in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Assist residents in achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning, develop care plans, and conduct resident assessments (MDS).
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice acts.
• Maintain treatment records, resident files, and progress notes; liaise with residents and families.

Requirements

• Current NY license and registration to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid malpractice insurance and license in good standing.
• Dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, cheerful disposition, and willingness to assist residents and staff.
• Flexible, able to work well under pressure.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged but not mandatory.

Pay

$45–$52 per hour.

Schedule

Positions available for full-time, part-time, or temporary roles.
