About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 patient care, focusing on individualized treatment goals
• Review patient histories and assess movement concerns for accurate diagnosis
• Develop and modify treatment plans to optimize recovery
• Record patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon in good standing
• CPR and first aid certification
