About the Role

Seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. The role involves working in outpatient 1:1 care settings, ensuring treatment aligns with departmental policies, standards, and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective patient assessments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs
• Provide direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians
• Oversee PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
• Adhere to referral protocols and treatment standards
• Maintain current licensure and certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the practice state
• Current BLS certification

Skills

• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of rehab experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations
