About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide personalized, patient-centered care in a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Review medical histories and diagnose movement impairments
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes
- Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide excellent 1:1 patient care, with sessions typically lasting around 40 minutes
- Assess patient movements and concerns to inform diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in Oregon in good standing
- CPR and first aid certifications
