Responsibilities
- Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
- Address patient concerns and build meaningful relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Support and celebrate patient progress and victories along their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Current State license as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program (required).
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy or management (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience.
- Active on Therapy Clinical ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification (preferred).
