Physical Therapist - School

About the role

LADACIN Network, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving individuals with complex physical and developmental disabilities for over 75 years, providing educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services. The Physical Therapist will join the Lehmann School 12‑Month Program team in Ocean Township, NJ, delivering services to students ages 3–21 with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a transdisciplinary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities
• Implement and support student IEP goals and therapeutic objectives
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members, families, and school staff
• Participate in team meetings and treatment planning
• Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and agency standards

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
• New Jersey School Certification required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary environment
• Must pass required background clearances and screenings
