About the role
Cynergy Rehab Group seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Early Intervention Clinic and Schools setting. You will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current PTA license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Relevant work experience preferred but not required.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
